Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development: Design and develop structured training materials, including presentations, exercises, and coding examples, to teach Python programming effectively.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, interactive training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for students or employees, covering key Python topics such as variables, data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), libraries, and frameworks.
Practical Application: Provide real-life coding exercises, challenges, and projects for students to practice and develop their skills.
Assessments & Evaluation: Design and administer quizzes, coding tests, and assignments to assess learners' understanding and offer feedback for improvement.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to learners, helping them with coding challenges, debugging issues, and offering guidance to improve their programming abilities.
Adaptation:



Tailor the training material to different skill levels and learning styles, from beginners to advanced learners.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track student progress and performance, and provide feedback or additional resources to help them succeed.
Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with Python programming trends, libraries, frameworks, and best practices, integrating recent information into training programs as needed.
Team-oriented Development: Work with other trainers or instructional designers to continuously improve the curriculum and ensure that training content is up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ year) in Python programming and hands-on development.
Robust understanding of core Python concepts, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Django, Flask).
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions
