Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in Surat. This role is a blend of customer service and sales, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads.
Build and maintain robust relationships with recent and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:




Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory).
Experience: 2 years of experience in both customer service and sales, with a focus on customer support (70%) and sales (30%).
Client Interaction: Experience working with US clients is preferred.
International Exposure: Experience in international sales or customer service is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Location Flexibility: Must be able to commute or relocate to Katargam, Surat, before starting the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
