Key Responsibilities:
Instruction & Training:
Teach students how to effectively create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Provide practical training on data analysis, formulas, and functions in Excel.
Conduct workshops or sessions on PowerPoint to teach presentation design and delivery techniques.
Theoretical Knowledge:
Introduce students to basic computer concepts, including hardware, software, and the fundamentals of information technology.
Explain key concepts in operating systems, networking basics, and the use of the internet.
Deliver lectures on theoretical frameworks related to computers and technology to enhance student understanding.
Hands-on Practical Training:
Guide students through hands-on exercises and real-world projects to reinforce learning.
Facilitate lab sessions where students can practice using software tools under your supervision.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exercises to evaluate and improve student learning.
Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
Create and maintain a positive and interactive learning setting.




Use various teaching aids such as multimedia, demonstrations, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and ensure all students can grasp the material.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assist students in achieving their learning goals.
Curriculum Development & Planning:
Collaborate with the training department to develop and update training materials and curriculum.
Ensure the course content stays current with industry trends and technological advancements.
Plan lessons and course timelines to meet training objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other commonly used office software.
