Job Summary:
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate job placements for students.
Coordinate placement drives and job fairs on campus.
Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
Design and implement effective placement strategies to achieve high placement ratios.
Build solid industry connections with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers.Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in placement or corporate relations within an academic institution.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with industry trends, recruitment processes, and student career guidance.
Ability to handle placement data analysis and present strategic insights
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
