The Role

As Resiliency Orchestration (RO) Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll be part of an elite team that provides exceptional technical assistance, enabling our clients to achieve their desired business outcomes.
You'll be responsible to create a comprehensive disaster recovery plan that outlines strategies, procedures, and responsibilities for recovering systems and data in various disaster scenarios. Regularly review and update the disaster recovery plan to reflect changes in the organization's infrastructure, business processes, and technology.
You will assess potential risks and vulnerabilities to the organization's IT systems and infrastructure, conduct a Business Impact Analysis to identify critical business functions, data, and systems, and determine their recovery priorities.
You'll be the go-to person for our customers to define Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) for different business functions and systems, establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the disaster recovery processes, and organize and conduct regular disaster recovery drills and tests to validate the effectiveness of the recovery plan and identify areas for improvement.
