Job Title: E Commerce Executive - Kids wear Brand Sweet Lime

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the product development team to showcase current collections and products on the website.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost online sales.
Optimize the user interface and navigation of the online store to enhance the overall customer experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal departments, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and implement current features on the E Commerce platform.
Manage and maintain the E Commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
Create compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in E Commerce management, preferably in the garments industry.
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms.
Familiarity with E Commerce platforms
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on current challenges.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
