As an operations intern at DeskHub, you will be an integral part of our growing team, contributing to the productive functioning of various operational aspects. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to learn, thrive in a collaborative startup setting, and play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations. The internship will mostly be Work from Home with occasional client visits as and when necessary. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. If performance is satisfactory, the intern will be eligible for a full time role with us. The stipend during the period of internship will be Rs 5000 per month
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Facility Management: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring a conducive and productive workplace for our members
Client Interaction: Engage with our clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive relationship is maintained with them
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various operational functions,
including documentation, data entry, and reporting
Vendor Coordination: Scout for and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the seamless provision of services and supplies. Manage communication with vendors for timely deliveries and quality control
Report Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on operational activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across different departments, such as marketing and customer support, to enhance overall operational efficiency
