Interior Designer

Looking for a talented and creative designer who must be able to contribute in preparing plans, designs, drawings, Interior designing views, Elevations, client engagement and respective works

Responsibilities and Duties
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that align with client preferences and project goals.
Utilize 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, or Blender) to create detailed interior models, floor plans, and spatial layouts.
Select and incorporate appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces.
Create realistic renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs of interior designs to present to clients and stakeholders.




Iterate on design concepts based on feedback and incorporate revisions as necessary to meet client expectations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and coordinate implementation of design elements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and 3D visualization.
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and design assets to facilitate productive project management and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) working as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role, with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
