Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on accounting, billing, and internal operations. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing our accounting processes, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Billing: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile company accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Operational Support: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of financial processes and procedures.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Accounting Knowledge:



Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
Billing and Invoicing: Experience with billing and invoicing processes, including accounts receivable and payable.
Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with operational teams and management.
