Project Description
Work on a strategic project to upgrade clients' Treasury applications.
Support project management and business analysis activities for Trading and Market Data initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver large-scale Treasury transformation programs.
Drive project governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery in a Capital Markets workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the design, development, testing, and implementation of business requirements.
Track and report project status for assigned workstreams.
Ensure project governance frameworks, stage gates, and project artifacts are maintained.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and change management stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and deliverables.
Ensure project documentation complies with defined standards.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
Support Treasury transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.




Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
Up to 15 years of total work experience.
5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Treasury.
Experience in large-scale Treasury transformation projects.
Working knowledge of Trading Systems within financial institutions.
Robust knowledge of Treasury products, including Derivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX).
Experience with FMC, T24, or other Treasury platforms.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
