Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, etc.).
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Reconcile accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory and tax filings.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely payment and collection.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with vendors and customers as necessary.
Process invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval.

Inventory & Costing:
Manage inventory accounting, including stock valuation, inventory costing, and inventory reconciliations.
Support the costing of pharmaceutical products, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Compliance & Audits:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.





Taxation:
Assist with tax compliance, including preparation of VAT/GST returns, corporate tax filings, and tax provision schedules.
Stay updated on relevant tax regulations impacting the pharmaceutical industry.

Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and recommend actions for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

General Administrative Support:
Provide general accounting support to the finance team as needed.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or similar qualified certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial report
