Responsibilities:
Pick grocery items from shelves as per customer orders.
Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
Pack orders carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
Scan and label items using a handheld device.
Maintain cleanliness and follow warehouse safety rules.
Assist with stock arrangement and inventory when required.
Meet daily picking and packing targets.
Requirements:
10th/12th pass (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic reading skills and ability to use a scanner or smartphone.
Willingness to work in shifts and stand for long periods.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month (varies by location and incentives).
Location: BigBasket warehouse or fulfillment center.
