Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end monthly salary payroll and compute accurate tax liability for employees
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF calculations and timely filings
Calculate TDS and independently manage return filing on a quarterly and annual basis
Compute and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees
Maintain and update payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality
Independently resolve employee queries related to income tax, exemptions, and deductions
Generate and manage Form-16 for employees annually

Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
Solid working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel and
