About the job:
Zenius builds talented remote teams for businesses worldwide. As a VA trainer, you will facilitate training and upskilling for employees in various roles. You'll also create and update comprehensive training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training and upskilling of employees.
Facilitate group discussions and instructional sessions.
Monitor employee progress and implement a strategic improvement plan.
Support new employees during onboarding.
Update and improve the docs and training materials.
Research, develop and write engaging eLearning courses.
Document processes and best practices.
Manage the company's LMS.
Stay updated on tools, training methods and industry trends.
Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
