We are looking for a Tour & Travel Executive (Female), who is passionate about traveling. As a Tour & Travel Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently planning travel arrangements for our entrepreneur. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. You will research and book flights and hotel accommodations. You will also coordinate transportation services such as car rentals and transfers. You will also need to create itineraries for travel, book restaurants and other activities at their destination.
Furthermore, you will provide general administration for business-related tasks when needed. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Responsibilities
Make Itineraries as per guest requirements.
Coordinate & publish travel posters
Research and book flights and hotel accommodations for the guests.
Coordinate transportation services such as car rentals and any other needs during travel
Create detailed itineraries and schedules to maximize efficiency while travelling
Book restaurants or activities at the destination according to guests preferences
Manage day-to-day operations of the traveling guests.
Provide general administrative support for business-related tasks when needed
Ensure all travel documents are valid and up to date
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
Robust sales skills and commercial awareness
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Solid research, negotiation, and budgeting skills
Ability to work under pressure
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
