Accurately monitor and reconcile monthly production processes.
Develop customized reporting and or extracts as requested by clients & internal users.
Prepare documentation describing design, coding, and comprehensive testing scenarios.
Provide off-hours support for releases as needed.
Troubleshoot production related issues.
Expert knowledge of COBOL, SQL, DB2, CLP, Stored procedures and iSeries.
Experience with iSeries and performance analysis are a plus.
JAVA experience is a plus.
Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus.
