Pykon Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting healthcare products, and assisting with inquiries. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by creating awareness and driving conversions for our wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors to promote Pykon Healthcare’s products.
Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while dealing with customers.
Keep records of customer interactions and update the CRM with relevant information.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes and conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.




Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role is a plus, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or Freshers can also apply
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
Robust listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates.
Ability to handle customer objections and remain positive under pressure.
Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
