Job Title: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Contracting & Operations Head

Overview:
Responsibilities:
Contracting:
Develop and implement strategic contracting strategies to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including hotels, venues, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies, budgetary constraints, and legal requirements.
Review and analyze contract terms, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings or value-added services.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and renewals, and ensure timely payment and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Vendor Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.
Conduct regular performance reviews and vendor audits to assess service quality, adherence to contractual terms, and overall satisfaction.




Identify recent suppliers and partners to expand the company's network and enhance service offerings in line with client needs and industry trends.

Operations Management:
Oversee the operational aspects of MICE programs and projects, including event planning, logistics coordination, and onsite management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and client services, to ensure seamless execution of MICE programs and alignment with client objectives.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MICE operations, including pre-event planning, vendor coordination, attendee management, and post-event evaluation.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MICE operations, such as event attendance, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
