As a Placement Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with students, establishing contacts with other companies, and conducting placement activities.
Responsibilities:
Student Coordination:
Communicate effectively with students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, writing resumes, and improving their skilled skills.
Organize career development workshops, mock interviews, and networking events for students.
Company Engagement:
Research and identify potential companies for placement opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with companies to promote placement opportunities for our students.
Coordinate with HR departments of companies to schedule recruitment drives.
Placement Activities:
Assist in the placement process by coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating job offers.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers, acceptances, and rejections.
Generate reports and analytics on placement trends, success rates, and student feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and placement strategies is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
