About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6+ years of project management experience and 15 years of overall experience in BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will independently manage one or more projects end to end including interfacing clients in a geographically distributed workplace

What You'll Do:

Accountable for planning, orchestrating, and delivering strategic initiatives including operational, and IT deliverables.
Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business advantage.
Manages medium to large-scale projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders with geographically distributed team
Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project.
Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals




Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Defines project governance, create and present project report to leadership
Partners with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables
Manages team relations
