Job Description: Executive Pharmacist - Warehouse (Kolkata)Key Responsibilities
Validate prescription and order details for accuracy and regulatory compliance before processing.
Process and dispense medicines as per approved orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Check stocks regularly and update inventory records; report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth dispatch and tracking of medicines.
Assist in quality checks of received pharmaceutical shipments and update relevant documentation.
Handle queries from internal teams regarding order status and product availability.
Maintain compliance with all statutory and company policies related to pharmaceutical operations.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols within the warehouse setting.




Participate in regular audits and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
Valid and active pharmacist license (West Bengal State Pharmacy Council or equivalent).
Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred, but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, prescription validation, and inventory management.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts as per operational needs.
Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
