Service Executive - Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about services and trading-related queries.

Build and maintain positive client relationships with strong problem-solving ability.

Manage escalations and ensure quick resolution of client concerns.

Educate clients on service processes, protocols, and updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills, and sales knowledge.

Robust convincing ability and proven experience in client handling.

Good understanding of trading basics and financial service protocols.





Robust interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask, manage time, and handle pressure effectively.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred).

6 months -1 year of experience in client servicing, customer support, or trading services.

Freshers with solid communication and trading knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
