As a Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between digital and physical banking experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with high-value customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey across both channels. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's products and services, with a particular emphasis on digital offerings, while also providing exceptional in-person customer service when needed.

Role & responsibilities
Build and nurture robust relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Promote and sell the bank's digital products and services, including mobile banking, online investment platforms, and digital payment solutions.
Provide exceptional in-person customer service and support when required, ensuring a positive and personalized banking experience.
Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and technologies, and educate customers on the perks of digital banking.




Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Analyze customer data and provide insights to the product development team, helping to shape the bank's digital strategy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer confidentiality.
Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Work closely with the operations team to resolve customer queries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
