Scorpius Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and communication-savvy Client/ Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. We specialize in digital marketing and web development, and we need someone who can build strong relationships with clients/customers, ensure smooth coordination, and help us deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients/ customers, maintaining regular and skilled communication.
Understand client/customer needs across SEO, PPC, web development, and digital marketing services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes.
Assist in onboarding recent clients/customers, collecting requirements, and setting up communication channels.
Keep client/customer information and project status updated in CRM tools.
Schedule and manage client/customer meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups.




Share campaign and project reports, helping clients/customers understand results and progress.
Identify and suggest additional services that match the client’s/customer's goals and growth.
Handle client/customer concerns or queries promptly and effectively.
Support the sales team with client/customer renewals and service upgrades.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
