Responsibilities:
Teach German language to students of various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
Create and maintain interesting lesson plans and educational resources that accommodate a range of learning preferences.
Assess students' progress orally, through assignments, tests, and other means, and offer helpful criticism.
Provide students with individualized help and direction that takes into account their unique learning objectives and requirements.
Keep the classroom atmosphere upbeat and productive while promoting practice and active engagement from the students.
Keep abreast of language trends and the newest teaching techniques to improve the caliber of training.
Requirements:
A C2 level proficiency in the German language.
Proven experience in teaching German as a foreign language, preferably in a formal educational setting.
Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for teaching.
Relevant teaching certifications or diplomas are highly desirable.
