Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent pools, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.
Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic talent consulting to clients, advising on organizational structure, talent acquisition strategies, and market best practices.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
Building and maintaining a robust network within the insurance industry.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,



or a related field.
7+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of success within the insurance industry.
Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including various lines of business, functional areas, and key players.
Established network of contacts within the insurance industry.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to source, assess, and attract top-tier executive talent.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Solid negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Ability to work in a quick paced, goal oriented environment.
