Indirect Purchase Executive with experience in sourcing and procuring indirect materials and services that support business


operations. Skilled in managing the procurement of hardware consumables and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO)


supplies, ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, vendor coordination, and uninterrupted operational efficiency.


Experienced in supplier negotiation, purchase order management, inventory support, and maintaining compliance with


organizational procurement policies.



Manage procurement of indirect materials and services, including hardware consumables, maintenance supplies, repair materials,
and MRO items.

Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of hardware consumables and MRO requirements while
maintaining quality and cost standards.

Identify and evaluate vendors.

Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, contracts,



and payment terms.

Create and process purchase orders.

Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

Monitor budgets and control procurement costs.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.


Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :




• BE /Diploma - Mechanical or a related field.


• 5 -7+ years of industrial experience.


• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.


• Solid communication & cross -functional collaboration with all Internal team.
