Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Eligibility
Fresh graduates with BBA (HR) or MBA (HR).
Candidates who have completed their degree and are looking to gain practical HR experience.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support bulk recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Conduct preliminary telephonic screening of candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in organizing walk-in interviews and campus recruitment drives.
HR Operations
Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
