As a Junior / Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of various projects within the organization. Your role will involve managing a team of creative professionals and collaborating with different departments to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and impactful creative solutions.

Responsibilities
Creative Direction: Provide visionary leadership and set the creative direction for all projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies that align with the organization's goals and brand identity.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Inspire creativity, foster a team-oriented work environment, and ensure the team's qualified growth and development.
Fashion Events & Shows:



Conceptualising and execution of Fashion Shows and Events which would include Fashion Styling, Direction, Designing
Market Trends and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies. Conduct research to gather insights that inform creative decisions and enhance the organization's competitive edge.
Creative Works: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. This may include designing logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
Concept Development: Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects and campaigns.
Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to the organization's brand guidelin
