• Demonstrate ROI and lack of ready use cases for next gen technologies.

• Partnering with business functions to pr-actively mine and discover requirements.





• Availability of skilled / experienced manpower resources to drive the usage of solutions from business perspective.

Co-own business kpi’s and targets with business for identified initiatives.
Support the CTO in constantly refining and improving the technology solutions strategy and roadmap. Specific emphasis in the areas of SMAC – Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud based technology solutions.
Promote technology adaption by constantly scanning the landscape for current technology launches, competition and other industry practises.
Design and mange a process to pro-actively mine and discover business needs.
