Responsible for Client’s trades on terminal
Good Computer Command
Positive Communication with client on phone, mobile and whatsapp
Stock names related knowledge
Margin requirement, P&L;, Ledger related knowledge
SIS, MF SIP, Advisory Product knowledge
Brokerage Generation
SIHL WebApp-Mobile App Knowledge and Monthly Yearly Reports Explanation
Responsible to manage client’s Ckyc, Portfolio, Demat Holding Related queries
Basic Excel Computer Knowledge
Soft skills required
Education: Any Graduate or MBA / B.Sc. / M.Com
Required: NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination
