Ø Determining a sequence of operations by studying production schedules.

Ø Performing defined tasks as per company processes.

Ø Monitoring daily jobs that are determined by a system.

Ø Maintaining incident logs for any issues that arise.

Ø Preparing any equipment that is needed for day-to-day operations by accessing various different forms of software.

Ø Making appropriate changes to any documentation, as and when needed.

Ø Resolving user issues by answering questions and requests when they arise.

Ø Generating reports from batch jobs and distributing to all those who are concerned.

Ø Troubleshooting any malfunctions.





Ø Ensuring operation of equipment used by completing maintenance following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Ø Maintaining operations by monitoring error messages and making adjustments.

Ø Contributing to team efforts.

Ø Continuously monitoring and reacting to IT operations schedules.

Ø Maintaining and supplying inventory by regularly checking stock levels to determine the overall inventory level.
