Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order materials, and conduct stock audits.
Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
Customer Service: Assist customers with product selection and address inquiries and complaints.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained; manage opening and closing procedures.
Sales and Marketing: Promote products and special offers, and analyze sales trends.
Team Management: Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and foster a positive work setting.
