Job description
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and conducting background checks.
Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
