Daily processing of requisitions and purchase order placement
Manage coordination of shipment of drop ship and cross dock orders
Participate in customer reviews, drafting, and presenting data-based key performances indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with customer and suppliers to minimize costs of material introductions and phase-outs
Act as point-of-contact for assigned projects' procurement needs
Timely disposition and execution of action plan for non-conformance parts and returns.
Execute RTV process flow as required
Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to minimize backlog and/or discrepancy of invoices
Interact with and support various customer requests
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, management, WWT warehouse, and WWT coordinators to ensure customer requirements are met
Any other projects, duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
