Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee daily in office activities, ensuring work is completed as per the project plan.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and management for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager or senior management.
Maintain and manage site documentation, including attendance, work reports, and material inventory.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site to prevent project delays.
Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all workers adhere to company policies.
Ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project.

Key Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in site supervision,



preferably in [industry type].
Solid knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
