Responsibilities:
Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors
Identify process deficiencies and develop solutions to improve those deficiencies
To aƩend Mechanical and Electrical breakdown and troubleshooting on all equipment's

Conduct technical training for customers.
Responsible for interaction with customers for various service levels.
Executed mechanical and hydraulic repair on Machine Tools.
Ensured availability of equipment's needed for the performance of work. Managing and

replaced tools and devices for clients as per their requirements Maintaining records and





documentations of machinery.
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary

corrective actions

Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
