We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our international process. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions
Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
Building and maintaining robust customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers

Requirements:




Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Additional language skills are a plus.

Making outbound calls to the US to check Claim status, Handling denials, and Patient
Eligibility.
