Job Title: Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse or data lake.
Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to ensure effective storage and retrieval of data, as well as to support analytical requirements.
Database Management: Manage databases and data warehouses, ensuring their performance, reliability, and scalability.
Code Development: Write clean, productive, and well-documented code in Python and SQL to implement data processing logic and pipeline orchestration.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Continuous Improvement:



Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our data infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering roles.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and scripting.
Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Hevo, or similar.
Robust understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their data services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environ
