Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s database.
Introduce and explain Trip & Event’s travel packages, offers, and services in a transparent and engaging manner.
Maintain a skilled tone while promoting the brand and creating awareness.
Generate leads and encourage customers to explore our services.
Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Willingness to learn; prior experience in travel or telesales will be beneficial but not mandatory.
Freshers with robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
