Full job description As a GeM Tender Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review tender opportunities available on the GeM platform.
Analyze tender documents, including specifications, terms, and conditions.
Prepare and submit tender responses in accordance with the specified requirements and deadlines.
Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues related to tender submissions.
Keep abreast of updates and changes to GeM policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, correspondence, and related documentation.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender activities, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Prior experience in tender management, preferably within the government procurement sector.
Solid understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
Knowledge of e-procurement tools and software.
Understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
