Key Responsibilities:
Execution of Received Orders:
Coordinate with the Purchase department for PO requisitions, material follow-ups, and QC solutions.
Work with Stores to ensure proper packing of orders.
Collaborate with Logistics for freight calculations, invoicing, and ensuring quick delivery.
Liaise with Accounts for receivables and maintaining customer accounts.
Partner with the Data Entry Operator to update records and manage MIS.
Interaction with Existing Customers:
Provide quotes to customers promptly.
Answer product-related and other queries from customers.
Provide shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments.
Ensure timely receipt of payments as per payment terms.
Resolve any quality issues raised by customers.
Ensuring Increased Sales with Existing Customers:
Review MIS reports to understand customer sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise) and address any declining trends.
Audit customer websites to understand their product offerings and identify opportunities for selling our products.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
