Understanding client requirements actively on calls along with business lead and convert them to actionable steps.
Ability to absorb requirements shared in documentation -be it word or excel.
Get involved with business for implementation of current reports
Review and enhance existing reports by fine tuning execution plans for effective report delivery
Gain understanding of current database and reporting architecture
Adopt best practices to ensure replication and delivery at scale
Conform to internal TAT standards and exemplify collective ownership with an eye for detail
Mostly significant -ability to learn and evolve within the organization as a business intelligence solution & implementation associate
Requirements
MBA/BE with solid software engineering background.
Familiarity with Advanced SQL, in any format, be it Transact -SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, etc.
Ability to fine tune complex queries and read execution plans is a plus
Familiarity with any programming language is a plus, be it - JS or Python
Some evidence of working with excel is mandatory.
Existing experience in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Banking and alike industries
Interest to evolve into Data Engineering, Business Intelligence Solutions role
