Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in managing the USA medical immigration process. This night shift role focuses on providing exceptional support and service to clients navigating medical immigration requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with understanding documentation, forms, and requirements specific to USA medical immigration.
Verify and process documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with immigration guidelines.
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and documentation.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure a seamless process.
Stay updated on any policy or procedural changes in the USA medical immigration process.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in medical, immigration, or legal sectors.




Robust communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work night shifts.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client cases efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with USA medical immigration processes.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
