Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential or existing customers by phone to inform them about our services, answer queries, and build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries.
Understand customer needs, identify sales prospects, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase.
Update customer records with details of interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop productive lead generation strategies.





Requirements:
High school (10+2 )
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in customer service or sales.
Positive communication skills in [required languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
Yearly bonus
