Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Principal role for a CBSE school located in the Pune Division.



The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards, the school’s vision, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring teaching quality, and driving student achievement through data-informed academic planning. The Principal will manage and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff, lead performance reviews, and coordinate ongoing professional development. The role also involves engaging with parents and the wider community, overseeing admissions, enforcing discipline and child protection policies, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a CBSE or similar K–12 school, preferably as Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of School.
