A Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a healthcare qualified responsible for providing medical care to patients in a hospital setting
They work under the supervision of a senior physician and are responsible for the initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
The RMO is responsible for documenting patient information, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing patient care plans
In addition, they must communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, and be able to make decisions in emergency situations
A RMO must have a medical degree, be licensed to practice medicine, and have completed a period of supervised clinical training
Positive organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure, are also significant qualities for this role
Follow the rules and regulations,
policy SOPs as laid down by the hospital.
Attending the patients on first call before admission and immediately after admission.
Writing Case history
Taking rounds initially and either consultants.
Carry out orders of the consultants.
Supervise the nurses work.
Ensuring treatment of patients.
Preparing discharge summaries
To attend the patient before the patient is seen by the consultant.
To attend the patient before the consultant is called.
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
