JOB DESCRIPTION:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest.
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Follow up with leads regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Handle complaints or doubts and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
