Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our agile team at Aguaclan Water Purifiers Pvt Ltd. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing our sales operations through Indiamart, ensuring seamless communication between our sales team, customers, and distributors. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Coordinate and manage sales inquiries and orders received through Indiamart, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any queries or issues promptly.
Order Processing: Oversee the processing of sales orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales reports, and presentations as needed.
Database Management:



Maintain and update customer and sales databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communication: Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise.
Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance and market trends.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the sales department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably within the water purifier or related industry.
Familiarity with Indiamart and other online sales platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
