The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Brand deals and In App Ad Sales, building solid client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for Brand Deals & In App Ad Sales.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, Content, Tech) to ensure smooth campaign execution
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization) mandatory
Experience: Prior experience in Ad Sales is preferable
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
